Just discovered this book (and website) via Canadian design blog Poppytalk (who incidentally I dreamt about last night) and now it's going to be added to my wish list of things I want to buy someday. I love lists almost as much as I love collections, in fact a friend of mine collects lists, which is almost perfect. The website offers lists for you to create as a way of creating something of an autobiography for yourself and the book, with it's lovely rounded corners is another way of doing the same thing.
I started my own lists here but it seems like i'm not very imaginative today...
