The snow's nearly all gone now- I took these photos while there was still some left on the sky light. They remind me of the still images from Anna Peach's under water explorations. They also reminded me of the piece of work by Katie Paterson that allowed you to call a phone that was placed inside Vatnajökull glacier in Iceland.

The light shining through the snow is incredibly beautiful. It's unusual to see snow from the underside (unless you have a sky light I suppose)
We're getting more heavy snow on Monday night apparently....which may but Bristol in doubt for Tuesday. Bummer.
Hey Gaina- I think we can attach some kind of skis to your wheels and it'll be just fine.
I was glad I remembered the sky light before all the snow melted- it's up in the attic and I hadn't thought to check until things started to thaw- it's also good I checked because I do have a habit of not shutting it properly.
